Question Opinion Needed Please

What is a better kit... Ground Control or Skunk2? I'm not sure how many problems with front struts there are but i just called honda and they have 47 orders that are on back order for months..there was a problem with the '01's.. i called summit racing they have nothing for atleast 6 months..so inturn i am now going to take my eibach's out and got with a coil over kit... thank you in advance

It seems more like you need a true coilover kit rather than sleeved coilovers. I am not sure why you mentioned your front struts, but if they are blown or you are worried about them blowing then GC nor Skunk2 will do you any good. They are just sleeved coilovers. I haven't heard anything bad about either, but front what I read GC is probably better. I don't think you can go wrong with either. If you are looking for coilovers with struts then you have a few choices from Tein, B & G, and a few others.

well with a true coilover kit you won't need new struts. only with sleeved you don't get struts.

now the next question is... does anyone think this problem will re-occur after i put the true coilover kit in?!?!?! i dont mind spending the money, but if there is any doubt that the struts will go again, i dont want to or will i have any new occuring problems....

Like i said, if you get a true coilover kit (Tein, B & G, etc) your take your stock shocks/struts out and they are completely replaced. You can wait for the HR Cup Kit (matched shocks and springs) or tein Basic damper (cheaper version of their full coilover kits) If you get sleeved coilovers like GC or Skunk then yes they might go again. You can wait for Tokico or Kyb if you want shocks.
