hearing a tock sound?

i installed ground control and if i hit like a bump i hear like a big tock sound is it normal? my car is lowered 2 inches on stock shocks?

Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

2 inches on stock shocks... you probably blew them. If that's not it, then the spring coils are probably knocking together.
