took about 5 hours to install tein ss, rear upper strut bar, front upper, low tie, sway bar

im going to drop more during summer
i'm getting Tein SS soon, they suggest front -33, rear -33. can you lower than that, does it damage damper if go lower? also, what level in on your "damping force".......what this damping force do, like stiffness ride or something........
