I need some info on coilovers??

The two main coilovers that are availible are Skunk 2 and Ground Control.... I personally bought Ground Control because they come with Eibach springs.... There are a couple of other off brands that I have seen but heard the ride is alot rougher with those....

Rep Power: 0 Tein SS's are a good street coilover system, but they're not well suited to the track. The spring rate is just too soft. You can crank up the dampening all the way stiff, but then the spring rate doesn't match the dampening at that point and you could end up jacking the car down after a while. You could upgrade to some stiffer springs like 12kg/8kg but then that might be too much spring even at full dampening. But for the street and spirited street driving, the SS is pretty good.
I'd recommend something along the lines of JIC FLTA2's, Zeal B6 or S6, Tein RS, or Buddy Club Racing Spec. Granted, they are more expensive than the Tein SS's (about twice as much), but they're WELL worth it. I run Buddy Clubs on my '98 hatch and it handles extremely well. Load up the chassis in a turn and it'll just take bumps and expansion slots without upsetting the chassis balance at all. Real nice. My Civic handles better than my '93 RX-7 R1 did...

Rep Power: 375 Well for cost reasons i would recomend Tein SS if you want true coilovers, if your looking for sleeves then go with Ground Control. If money is no bject then JIC is a good way to go look into investing about 1600.00 to 2000.00 for that setup. I look at it this way tho, if you want coilover sleeves (ground control, skunk) you have the the sleeves and then the purchase of shocks and your already close to the cost of Tein SS so save up a bit and do it all at once with the TeinSS

i think ground control and skunk2 are the best besides true coil
overs...dropzones are my 2nd choice...i had on my other car 90
integra.. and they were like a factory ride lowered 2and half inches.
