If you have all tools, It 's take about 70min. Or 1 audio CD.(^_^)
But I took 2 hrs. Because first time I put it upside down so I have to take it off and do it back again.
My Pic will help you see the correct side.
step
1.jack up your car and take off your rear wheels.
2.take the sway link off the lower arm both side (tool No.14) links still with the sway
3.take the holder off (tool No.12)
4.take sway off the car.
5.take the link off the sway. (tool No.14 and 6angles<<dang dont know what it call)
6.put the links to the new 22mm sway dont switch R L side.
7.put the sway back fasten the link to lower arm first.
8.put the holder back.
9.put your wheel back (switch side if it's time to do the switch tires side)
