CUT bumpstops on neuspeed sport?

Hi guys, i'm new here.. i'm form the philippines.
I recently purhcased neuspeed sport kit for my 2k1 Civic 4door.. problem is I think the retailer gave me the wrong manual .. anyone know if i should cut my bumpstops? - by how much? .. the ride became definitely stiffer and bouncier, i'm just not sure if it should really be this bouncey.

Also Neuspeed sport and race are both colored red right?

thanx

Do a quick search, but I believe neuspeed recommends cutting, especially for a sedan.
