Neuspeed Front Strut Bar Probs

Hey guys,
I installed the neuspeed front upper strut over the weekend and I'm noticing a clicking noise when I turn (left and right). I can't really describe the sound, but it sounds like a bolting point is being moved. Anyone have something like this happen? I've torqued all the nuts down to 33lbs and triple checked that nothing's rubbing.
Thanks in advance.

PS. I've tried searching for a remedy but found nothing. So this was the next best thing.

I had some thing simalar, and I have the Neuspeed strut bar too. It ended up being a 2nd gear problem(different from the Popping out of gear prob). Does it make the sound in all gears?

I have always read that clicking when turning is a sign of worn CV joints, but I doubt that is your problem and I cannot see why that would change just with the installation of the strut bar. I have the same bar and had no problems. Did you have to adjust/move your strut at all to install it, thereby chaning your alignment?

should not effect alignment
but the bar HAS to be centered on all of the studs before you tighten the nuts down. I would take the bar off and reinstall making sure that this is so. It sounds to me like they are not centered and a because of that the bar is moving a bit.

You would have jack up both sides. Our cars(and most cars these days) are unibody cars. Lift one side, the overall geometry of the car is affected(that why you need strut bars). Why do you think race cars have not even been driven on until they are cage and braced?

I know that bar comes with installation instructions. Try rereading them. It specifically tells you to jack up the passenger side of the car, not the driver's side and not both sides. I would try taking it off, jack up the passenger side and reinstall the bar. Good luck.
