uhm.. havnt you guys searched or anything?
tein's are a mild drop, i'd say 2" the most. but i've heard you could buy shorter springs with a stiffer spring rate if you'd like. for me teins dont drop low enough for me, yes 2" is probably what i'll be driving with most of the time but it's coilovers, imma have days where i want it slammed on its nuts.
yes it has height as well as damper adjustability so you can adjust it as soft/stiff as you'd like. hear the ride quality on these were great, afterall you are spending $1,000. i know tornactive had a group buy on these for 1,000 one time. hyperrev.com is having a group buy for $1040 shipped
of for the more serious auto-x'er theres the tein flex which goes for about 1600. not only can you adjust the height and damper but you can also adjust the spring rate and camber. it comes with an upper pillow-mount so that you dont have to use any stock components. installation is easy as you wont have to worry about spring compressers or none of that.
but ya for more info please search cause this has been discussed many times. have been compared to b&g's alot of times as well.
