Type R sway bar, what else do I need?

So what else do I need if I get the 22mm TypeR sway bar to keep my frame from breaking? Just a lower tie bar? Maybe I should just go with the Progessive combo to be safe. I basically want to reduce understeer as much as possible to be a bit more competitive once AutoX starts back up in the spring, anyone have any other ideas?

PLEASE READ.

The difference between the Progress and the DC5R one as far as I know is color and weight. The DC5R one weighs in at 10lbs while the Progress one is 17lbs. The Progress one of course comes with a rear lower tie bar.
