Race own!!! I think if you get the Sport you will eventually not be happy with the ride height. It's like a drug, you always end up wanting to go lower.

2.5" front 2.25 rear.
I would make sense that more stress is placed on shocks with race springs versus sport so that they might blow sooner. It's also how you drive your car. I have to travel offroad to get to work so mine would definaltly blow sooner than someone who goes down to the store once a week and that's it.

Ah, I don't drive it much, I've had it for like 4-5 months and there's only 3700 miles on it. But the roads in Knoxville SUCK and there is continuous construction. Also, there's a lot of places that you can bottom out... I was the race springs, but I'm scared that I'll bottom out...

no i believe you will be more stiff so u will not bounce as much. atleast my freinds 6 gen civic is a ton stiffer and doesnt bounce at all, and he has the progress springs which drop about the same as the race do.
It's gonna be real bouncy when you blow your shocks. Unless you like instaling such stuff, I would recommend getting shocks and spings and installing at the same time. If you can't afford now, just wait till you can.
I just got my neuspeed race springs, tiiight! Very happy with them. I like the drop, the ride is great on smooth roads. Equal to or maybe even a little better than stock. Over bumps and stuff, you will feel them more than before, the ride is stiff over road imperfections. Not bouncy, just the opposite, they give very little (which I like). But if ride comfort is your first concern, probably not these due to the
stiffness over bumps and stuff.
