Goldline Springs
I was wondering what the website is the the Goldline Springs
I hear they are really cheap ... Eibach Sports are about $380 CDN while the Goldlines are only about $200-$300 CDN.
1) do you guys know the drop on the springs they have available for a 2k2 civic, like do they have different lines ex a sport line a race line etc...
2) whats the webpage for them ... I tried looking but couldnt find it.
Thanks

Vnlilman ... I was wondering ... if droppin my 2k2 civic si (with factory rims 185/65R/15's) if they would have a clearance or rubbing problem ... I heard from someone here in Ottawa that he was 17's on his 2k2 dropped with neuspeeds and he said that you would have a clearance problem with the factory rims.
I hope this isn't true ... what you think. I would probably have only the cash for the springs and koni yellows. But if I run into a clearance problem I wont have the cash for 17's for quite a while ...

I love my goldlines. Its the perfect drop. It rides really smooth unless you hit a big pot hole or something going fast. When you do it one it'll jar the crap out of your head. I have 17's also and i have about a 1.5 finger gap all the way around.

i guarentee you wont rub with goldlines on stock wheels. theres still alot of gap. a 1.75" drop isnt that low.
even if it did rub(which i'm sure it wont), you dont have to buy 17s. you could buy 815-60-15 tires, roll your fenders, make the konis a little stiffer, etc... but ya dont even worry about it, you'll be fine. even with my 18s, 215-40-18 tires which are about 1" bigger then stock dont rub.

Yeah, I have 17s with 215/40's and goldline springs and I love the look, it is about a 1 1/2 finger gap all around and gold line offers excellent customer service. I would recommend going with the sedan springs. The difference is this with gold lines:
old coupe springs: people complain that the rear has a sag look due to the front fenders being cut higher (about a 1/4 inch lower than sedan springs)
new coupe springs: sit about a 1/4 inch higher than sedan springs
sedan springs: even fender gaps all around (perfect IMO)
