Strut/Shock Replacement Non KONI
Has anyone replaced their struts/shocks with something other than KONI or OEM? Like Monroe or something? Just curious. I need to replace mine and put on my Goldlines but don't want to spend $500 and do all that cutting and crap.

Rep Power: 393 i checked awhile back and i dont even think the monroe shocks were out. even if they were i'm thinking they're just as likely to blow as stock shocks... only other shocks out are the one strutwizard was selling, forgot what company it was. no one bought it from him tho. i know someone here has put SI struts on their car, they're supposidely an inch shorter then our shocks.

I haven't bought these myself, but found them researching recently.
I do not know if the website was correct about '01 being available or not.

Rep Power: 0 Is that a typo from their site? A shock that fits on all years of the 6th gen all the way up to the 1st 7th gen? That doesn't look like it's going to fit.

Rep Power: 0 A lot of companies assume that a model running to June of a year is in that year's production. That's why there are so many 96-01 Civic parts that are not for the 7th gen... Crappy.
