if i remember correctly, the Progress rear anti-sway bar for our cars is 22mm, whereas the RSX one is 19mm, so if you want a much stiffer anti-sway bar, the Progress one is better. I have the RSX rear anti-sway bar, and its friggin awesome, but now that i have front and rear tie bars all around and im getting Tein SS coilovers soon, i want to upgrade to 22mm in the rear, and perhaps the 27mm (i think Progress' front anti-sway bar for our cars is 27mm) front one from Progress.
note, i think that if the rest of your suspension is stock, and you got the 22mm rear anti-sway bar it wouldnt be as noticeable of a difference than with the kind of setup that i have, but it still would improve the handling greatly.

I have tried both the RSX Type S swaybar and have now installed the Progress unit. By far, the Progress swaybar makes a bigger difference. Reason being that the swaybar is supported by a brace that stiffens up the chassis mounting points and the bushings are made of polyurethane (stiffer). The RSX bar still utilizes rubber bushings and allows for more slop.
Even though the RSX set-up is cheaper, it's not nearly as effective as the Progress unit. Save some money and buy Progress. In addition, I would highly recommend purchasing the Polyurethane bushings from Neuspeed that have been designed to replace the front OEM swaybar bushings. Even with stock tires, this combination is absolutely "night and day" difference from stock (or even the RSX rear swaybar).
My current suspension set-up: Neuspeed Sport lowering springs (Coupe), Koni (front/rear), Neuspeed front swaybar bushings, Neuspeed Front Upper Strut Brace, Progress rear swaybar. So far I'm VERY pleased.
