cost to fix a caster problem??

cost to fix a caster problem??

I took my car to TireDiscounters today to have it aligned b/c my car has been pulling to the right....anyway, they gave a printout of my alignment. Toe and camber were fine, but caster was off by .5 degree. They said they couldn't fix it and that I'd have to take it to a body shop to do it. I was just wondering if anyone knew about how much this would cost me. If it's too much, i'll just forget about it. They told me that this could be caused by an impact of something. I bent two of my rims on a stupid unmarked railroad track about 4 months ago, but luckily, they're bent on the inside so you can't tell from looking at them. And for some reason, they just started to pull to the right about 2 weeks ago. oh well. So if anyone knows anything about this, please let me know.

ps. if this is in the wrong forum, sorry, I couldn't decide which one it sould go it.

i believe the caster is part of the alignment so they should be able to correct it. and your driving on bent rims?? i dont think thats too safe.

I don't know, for some reason they couldn't do it - i forget what he said. I don't know how safe these rims are. they don't leak air or cause me any other problems, beside pulling to the right.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]

if you have the ground controls, get the camber kit, it fixes caster. Other than that adjusting the lower part of the control should help, if that were possible.
