you've done it before so i say DIY. its basically the same as installing springs. just take apart your stock strut assembly, take off some parts, add it onto the teins and install them. aznvoyce might be able to help you out

Are these teins the full assembly, or do you need to use some stock parts? It would be nice if you should pull the whole stock strut/spring assembly out, not even worry about using the stupid spring compressor and just pop the new assembly in... If thats the case it shouldnt be too hard just unscrew a few bolts... either way it sounds like you should be able to do it if you have the right tools, just take lots of pictures! I'm thinking of doing the teins in the spring...

It took me and a friend 3 days to install my B&Gs. Keep in mind this was during the week where I have to work about 9 hours a day, so it wasn't 3 solid days of work. This was also my first time doing ANY kind of suspension work, so I went slow. If you've taken your struts apart already for the spring coilovers, true coilovers should be no problem.

the answer to me is obvious. you've done a spring install on our cars before. its basically the same things. 150 is alot of money and you can do alot. that would buy me lunch for a whole month, intake, half 'O' of budd, neuspeed race springs, on n on... you have plenty of people to help you out here, InanimateCarbonRod, aznnvoyce(who did the actual tein install i believe), aswzero to name of few. besides whats the worst that could happen... just put everything back together the way it was. if you really dont believe you can do it, dont pay 150, i'm sure theres alot of places for half that, i got my springs done for $70, install should be almost the same.

If it helps, I have some install pics in the B&G thread that might come in handy. I think my install pics are about halfway into the thread.

5mm hex wrench(i think, the front and back are different)
14 mm wrench(strut nut, front might be different)
Spring compressor(if you choose to do it the right way
some grease
torque wrench(helps)
remember how the parts go on(instuctions should have diagrams)
and the tools to remove the parts(14mm wrench, 17 mm wrench(rear), 19mm wrench(2, for front), 10mm or 12mm for the brake lines.
This being your first time, it will take the whole day or so(have some friends help esp ones with a car - i got hungry). If I did it I could get it done in an hour - on a good day - those classes at skyline college and working on my own car(plus an accord, prelude, and teg) and changed suspension 3 times). I'm just bored in between classes right now.
If the Tein's include the steering hardware, you shouldn't have a problem. Maybe this article from Honda Tuning will help.
