yeah just jack the rear end up, put some blocks in front of your front tires, use jack stands.. and just unbolt the old bar and put the new bar on... the hardest thing is removing the nut on the endlinks, because the nut in the middle spins so you have to use an allen wrench in the middle to hold it still and a wrench to turn the nut... Mine were pretty rusty, try wd-40 to loosen things up. Oh, and make sure you put it on right side up so it doesnt hit your control arms.... Shouldnt take more than about an hour....
Hey IDQcivic, i was just wondering if you have any more pictures of the progress rear sway? I just bought one and should be here soon and i just wanted to see how close it comes to your exhaust. I cant wait to put it on...

Sorry I don't have any more pictures, it comes close, if not too close because it rattles more than I care to hear mostly at idle around 500 rpm's... and havent had time to fix it. Keep in mind I had to lower my exhaust like 1" in back due to my body kit, If I didn't lower it, it would have been fine, also I have an OBX cat-back which has bigger diamter piping than stock.
