You've got to be kidding me
I've come up with this list for my complete suspension overhaul:
Shocks: $905 <- This is at planetperformance.com Seems cool. Pricey though, dayum.
Springs: $210 for Eibach Sportlines
Strut bars: Front <-$162
Lower front <-$170
Lower rear <-$110
Rims: $500 For rota slipstreams
This comes down to about $2,500. Lord Allmighty. On a sidenote, I am upping my escort services to $100/hr and checking how much money I'd get for arson.
Obviously there are some sacrifices that need to be made here. Like the strut bars. Probably not necessary, could save $450. I could go with koni shocks instead and save $500. Any ideas? Better prices elsewhere?

-i dont think those shocks are for our cars their website shows its for 96-01 civic. they probably mean 96-00. even if they were for our cars, they come with the springs.
-thats why i dont recommend eibach. you could get neuspeeds for 140 shipping and they are just as good as eibach.
-not sure about the pricing on strut bars tho.

RUNAWAY, those are true coilovers. come with both shock and spring as one. if its too low, you could adjust the height. thats the advantage of coilovers over springs(such as eibach sportlines)
So you're telling me that I don't need springs? I can buy that and be done with it?
Edit: If it's not for our cars, oh well. I'm sure shocks and springs together are just fine. How often do you adjust anyway...

I have Image Performance full coilovers on my car and they are the best things i have put on my car so far. I thought the ride was going to go to crap when I put the 17's on with the car being so low but it didn't, still nice and smooth. The cars ride only feels a little harder than stock. Image coilovers come in two different types, street and competition, and two different prices. The street are less expensive than the competition, but the only difference between the two is the competitions have adjustable shocks. (you can make the shocks harder or softer) Image is a wholesaler but the website gives you businesses that sales them.
