Check Gusto's ride, I think he has H&R. As for linear/progressive, I think most springs are progressive these days. Eibach's are progressive.

Not true the stock springs are not always linear. In fact the springs that the vics come with are progressive. Not all aftermarket companies use progressive springs. Sprint does not. H&R drop the car 1.3 inches all the way around. They are a nice ride and VERY good company that backs them. Progressive springs alow for a more comfortable ride. Sprint springs are really good but rough because they are not progressive springs.

Pull off the back ones for sure and you will see the dead coils. In fact the front has them too. If they were not progressive trust me you would know. They would ride like a$$. I have had to take my damn suspension apart one to many times.

I don't have them on my car because Honda has to buy my car back and for that to happen my car has to be stock. So if you want to buy them let me know I am looking to sell mine.
