spring brand info

I'm looking at swapping out the springs on my ep3, the old ones make the car much lower than what i want and are way too stiff and since they came on the car when i bought it i figured i'd redo it. I'm looking at the eibach pro series kit, its only supposed to lower it an inch from stock and they are progressive springs. is this brand a good brand and will they work well with kyb gr2 struts? any info helps, this isn't something i want to do twice.
thanks

Yes that is a good brand of springs. What do you have on the car now? I assume its not stock if they are too stiff..

Eibach is the best of the best in affordable lowering springs. Neuspeed and Tein are also pretty good, but I've heard they tend to sag after a while.

Rears will always be lower than fronts when you have lowering springs. They design them that way for fender clearance on the front. If you want control over the ride height at each individual wheel, you may just want to get coilovers instead. They're more expensive, but give you full adjustability and high-performance handling characteristics.

In your situation, have you also considered just finding replacement OEM springs? That would give you ride comfort and a normal-looking stance again. But if you still want a lowered car, the Eibachs are certainly a great choice.
