Air vs coilovers
Air vs coilovers
Just bought my civic SiR and it's WAY too low for the roads in my city. I need to change out the stock suspension but I don't know what to choose, air or coils. I know both are adjustable I don't care about that or the price, I want to know what is better performance and durability wise

Re: Air vs coilovers
stock height is pretty high....and u want to get air/coils to go higher?
anyways, air isnt as reliable in the civic scene because not many companies make them for our civics so they are not as well developed.
coilovers are the way to go. much more options and it will be less of a hassle than air.

Re: Air vs coilovers
oh, ok. that makes sense now. i thought u meant that the "stock height" was TOO low for you.
but yea, air isnt the way to go because there are more variables to go worng... like the air bags, the pump, air lines, air tank, etc...
