Project Commuter

Vogtland claimed about 1.3" drop all around and that is exactly what i got, initially. I believe they have settled some, but havent had a chance to measure again.

The ride now is definitely much, much stiffer. It's boarder line for a commuter car, but i like it. I'm still playing with the ride adjustments on the shocks/struts, looking for the sweet spot.

Before install, car has 130k on it of NY winters:

Re: Project Commuter

I also installed new strut bearings but still am left with my original problem.

When i hit bumps sharply, my front, passenger side still makes noise. Again, it sounds like a blown strut, but obviously these are brand new. I'm not sure where to go from here, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Dave
