struts?

Exclamation struts?

just got a 2004 honda civc it has adjustable coilovers but it rides hard friend said i need new struts so what kind of struts should i get for it to ride nice and low want to spend around 400 to 500 pls help

Re: struts?

tokico hp is pretty good for around $350 a set (front and rear), its for slightly lowered cars up to 1.7 inch but also works well for stock springs. whatever you do, the whole coilover is prolly gonna need to come out. and either use stock spring with new shock, or also look for some lowering springs. if you go with stock springs, it will prolly be cheaper. and you wont need a camber kit to align the car.

like gear said. i doubt you can use the springs from your adjustable coilovers with your new struts. since you want to ride nice and low prob go with tein s-techs with a decent drop of 1.3/1.4
