Suspension options for 02 civic ex

I'm looking at spending $1000.00 max for suspension and I'm wondering what is the best option for this? I'm running 18'' rims and i just need to fill in the space gap without rubbing. I thought about going with this setup..

Skunk2 Pro S Full coil-over kit 850.00
Skunk2 Pro S camber kit (rear) 180.00

if you just want to fill wheel gap and improve cornering i would suggest ground control sleeves. its cheeper than full coils and you can spend the money you save on camber kits, sway bars, exterior and stuff. you prob not going to lower it much since theyre 18s so imo full coils seem like a waist. just my .02

So are you talking about the:

Coilover Conversion kit, 02- Honda Civic (non Si)

and what camber kit would you recommend for front/rear?

Ok I've made up my mind and I want to go with one of these options.

TEIN Type Basic Damper Kit

or this one Ive seen on alot of peoples suspension upgrades:

Tokico Blues/Eibach Pro-kit

but arent d-spec alot better of a ride than the blues and Im trying to figure this out because im using this car for daily driving also.

D-Specs are the most high end shock you can get for a civic period. They are the best hands down. I own them. They can be adjusted to your driving style.

But if you get blues with the pro-kit, that will be a good combo, being that will only drop u 1".
