I just purchased a 2002 Civic with 112K miles for my daughter to use while at college. I have driven it a few times and I am beginning to hear a drumming rattle from somewhere on the front passenger side when I go over a rough spot in the road. To me, it sounds like a strut could be going out on it. Could this be the problem? Could you suggest good (not high performance) struts as replacements? Do I need to do all 4 of them or just the front pair?
