Rear Sway Bar Question..

Ok ive done some searching but have yet to get a clear answer on this. Which years acura type-s rear sway bars will fit a 7th gen? I have found one for 43 shipped off of a 02-06 type-s. Will this fit? Also would u recomend doin this mod over the other sway bars(progess etc.)? Thanks
