Tokico D-Spec Serial Number

im looking at dezod.com and it says the serial number for dspecs shock and spring combo is DSK507 for the coupe and DSK508 for the sedan. I thought coupe and sedan suspension components are the same? If the dspecs are made differently for the coupe and sedan, would someone explain whats so different? By the way dezods price for dspecs($865.00) are way overpriced compared to robearracing.com($649.00). Also goes with tokico hp shock and spring combo, there serial numbers are different for the coupe and sedans.Oh and if someone correct me,i believe the d-specs and HP Blues shock and spring combo have the same drop right(1 inch)?

1)There are different part numbers, because coupe and sedan springs are different, because of the weight distribution.

2) D-specs handle a much larger drop then the blues.

Re: Tokico D-Spec Serial Number

i already know that d-specs can handle a much larger drop, but my question is with the d-spec shock and spring combo does it drop 1 inch like the hp blues shock and spring combo?

Re: Tokico D-Spec Serial Number

The one from dezod does, yes. I don't know if every combo is the same?

Re: Tokico D-Spec Serial Number

well i figured d-specs only made one kind of spring and shock combo said i guess all there drop rate is the same. Now for the price i still dont get why dezod is priced higher than robearracing. And i think for 150 dollars more for the d-spec would be a better choice since its adjustable when the hp blue isnt and there the same drop

Re: Tokico D-Spec Serial Number

Hey man you can get D-Specs for less than that. Ebay has them for under 6 shipped, and I found some through google searches too. but yea the weight distribution is the reason for different parts.
