Heavy duty Top plate bearing ??

I'm have a lot of trouble with my strut top plate bearing.... I want to know if I can get it in stainless stell or something like that... this is the 4th time I change de teflon one...

is it an 01? Get 2002 top hats and bearing assemblies. They're ball bearing.
