Who has an x-brace? The reason I ask is that since I have had a high-flow cat on the car the cat. and exhuast hang down a little bit more. I'm interested in getting an x-brace but I don't want to be out 150 bucks-if when I put it on it clangs off the cat. or exhaust piping. I don't know anyone that has one to see where it sits on the undercarriage. If someone could tell me or post of a pic. Thx

and compare to the Neuspeed one, i don't think the cat should be an issue. Again, I'm not sure, but i think the brace mounts length-wise down the car.

CK MY MODS THREAD ,AND YOU WILL SEE MY CROSS BRACE. IT DOES HIT THE EHXUAST ON THE DOWN PIPE. HAD TO BEND UP THE EXHAUST ALITTLE TO STOP THE RATTLE . IT WAS NOT BY MUCH. IT WILL BE CLOSE . I HAVE A 05 CIVIC COUPE WITH A TSI DOWN PIPE. HOPE WITH THE PICTURES ON MY MOD THREAD WILL HELP YOU .

Thanks for the pic I'm still not sure without looking at my car to judge. Also I could go with the spoon bar because it is just straight, but obviously the x-brace is better. My car will be on the lift in a couple days to put some stuff on so I will look at it then and decide what I want to do.
