Ground control rears.....what do you all think?

Hey everyone, ok heres the quick story. Ok I got tockico blues with H&R springs, but the thing is is that I have a system thats pretty heavy in my trunk and my rears sag and actually tuck a little(rub a little also). So I have decided to take of the problem and get a new set of springs, I heard that the ground control were very good on this website but when I talked to eddie at truehonda.com he said the ride quality would be much worse if I got the ground control coils for the back because the h&r are progressive and the ground controls are not, anyone have any comments about this? Thanks everyone and anything will help me out with making a decision

Ive been thinking about it and what about buying a new set of progressive coils that have a smaller drop.......would this work eventhough I have that system in the trunk...? 1 more question, if my backs are tucking then how many inches it that usually, anyone have the specs for the fender height on the stock suspension? thanks. Eibach pro kit....?

Its doable, but you're looking at the issue of the fronts being real soft and the rears being real hard and the car essentially bucking over bumps because the front will absorb the bump and the back wont. Might make your handling real goofy. your better bet is buying a set of prokits or something with less drop and trying that, or coilovering the entire car.

What about just buying the ground control for both the front and back...would the ride really be that much worse as he was leading it out to be? Also this car is a daily driver so im kinda wanting to figure this out and get it done the proper way, so you dont think putting the pro kit on the back would work that well? Thanks for the response btw

if boiler heard this, he'd tell you to go with koni yellows if you go GC coils.... as for me, i'd suggest the same. reason is that the gc coils are too stiff and will destroy the any other dampers. as for the ride of the coils, IMO it's fine.... but i dont know how tolerable you are to a "harsher" ride.
