I'm picking up some ksports this weekend! I've read the DIY for the spring install, and assuming that the install will be relatively the same for an 05 em2. I wanted to know if there were any tips and minor/major problems during this install. By the looks of the DIY the tie rod was the biggest problem, anybody else have something to add?

yeah i have something to add, i had them on my previous car... they're awesome coilovers. THe ride is very comparable to tein basics. Infact, if someone asked me to choose between tein basics and ksports, i'd go ksports because they're cheaper and the ride is just as good.

you can get ksports on ebay. the coilover kit is about $850.

i got mine for 700 with 500 miles on them. i love them. the only thing that i would suggest is being careful when your taking the tie rod end off the stock suspension. dont hit the bolt with a hammer. other then that the install is easy. took me about an hour.

how low can ksport go vs tein basic?

i dunno. the k sports go low. if you go all the way you'll have to take the underliner from under your fender off.
