RSX Sway bar

Ok so my buddy picked up an RSX sway bar to put on his 02 EX, but it didn't fit. He was under the impression many people had done this already? Or is it only the type S sway bars? If so I'm gonna laugh at him. If anything, would it fit my 04? lol

I tried searching but couldn't find anything that helped besides the fact that everyone kept saying type s sway bar.

If it's a front bar it won't fit. A rear bar will fit reguardless of if it's from a type s or not.

He should make sure he's not trying to put it on upside down. A lot of people (myself included) have done that.

All Rear RSX bars fit, the front bar only fits on some civics (LX/DX).

If it was the rear, then he installed it wrong.

the front well fit only if you have done a K swap. The rear of an Rsx,or Si will fit. If you never had a rear sway bar Progress makes an adapter kit. I did it on my dx.

The front should fit on DX/LX, but not an EX, because of the different placement of the downpipe/cat.
