Question Tie bar comming off?

Ok well while looking at the exhaust that someone put on my car after stealing my other one, I noticed it looked kinda like the rear tie bar is comming loose on the left side. What do you guys think?

i dont have that tie down but from the looks of it, it should be tightened/adjusted. but i would see if it moves and check it all out.

got the same bar, you should check it and retighten it every so often depending on how agressive and often you drive, but that part is a joint that is suposed to be able to move around a bit, just check it and retighten.
