strut tower nuts and wheel alignment

quick question, would messing around with the strut tower nuts throw off wheel alignment? sorry for the dumb question. Long story short, installing a strut bar, I removed the nuts and put them back on. However I had to jack up the drivers side to get things to fit. I put everything back together with the drivers side still jacked up. Thanks!

Its a yes/no situation.
It can fidget it because there's some slop in the holes, but the slop isn't enough to make a big difference.

Would it help if I jack up both sides and loosen and tighen them again?
And yes, it's not a big difference, but noticeable, especially on freeway speeds.

No, because you'd have to get it back to the exact spot they were in when the alingment was done. if its bothering you that much, go back and get the alignment done again.
