I just got these in the mail, Neuspeed Sport's for 02 Coupe.



There where some instructions that came with them that said you must trim the rear bumber stops 1.25". So I wanted to know if this is necessary with these springs.

i would, just b/c the instructions say so, and it's not hard to do.

it's a small piece of foam that goes on the strut to keep your shock from banging at full compression if you hit a huge bump. if you don't cut it, you're going to feel that bump earlier and harsher since your springs are lower.

foam? i trimmed mine like it says...but it wasn't a foam piece...it was yellow rubber...

foam? there was not one piece of foam on them and the ride isnt harsch at all

mine were yellow polyurethane to be exact. it had four sections decreasing in size. 1.25" are exactly two sections.
