Car Tilting to Side!!
Car Tilting to Side!!
I have a 2005 Civic SI (Canadian model, not hatchback). Ever since I bought my car, it has been tilting to the left side. I have taken it back to Honda and they did measurments and told me that it was "within spec." After arguing with customers relations at Honda Canada in Toronto, they decided to replace both rear springs, but it didn't make a difference. It's been over a year now and I finally gave up on it, does anyone know what the problem could be and if they should be fixing it under warrenty??
P.S. The tilt is noticable when you stand away from the car, it gets worse with my subwoofers in the back (two 12s).
Thanks!

So does it tilt back to the left or does the whole car tilt to the left? It's common for our cars to be leaning to the left since the engine and gas tank are placed to the left side of the car. More weight is on the left side so that side will be lower unless you mess with the suspension to level it out.
I bought the car brand new, and it is the whole car that tilts to the left. I understand that the engine and gas tank are to the left, but I haven't seen any other civic noticably tilting to the left like mine :s
