I had a skunk2 coilover kit on my car for a couple years but then took it off a couple weeks ago & returned to stock until I can afford a winter beater to allow me to put on my air ride kit. After having the coils on about a year, I noticed a shake in the steering wheel around 65-75mph, but not at higher or lower speeds. I thought that when I returned to stock that the shake would go away but it hasn't. A local mechanic said it could be tie-rod ends / ball joints ? anyone have any ideas on what I should have checked out and/or replaced?
I've already had the wheels balanced, & struts replaced. Any input would be much appreciated.
