TQ steer?!?!

Ok I am pretty sure this belongs in the FI section because only the members with FI have this prob.

I am having some issues with tq steer pretty bad now. I know it's most likey because my toe is off on the right side. My question is when you adjust the toe on the tie rod, do you need to have weight on the suspension(wheels on the floor) or can you do this with the wheel off and car in the air?

You need weight on the car. Do it on the ground, or better yet.... TAKE IT TO AN ALIGNMENT SHOP. Get it done right. Eyeballing toe is impossible.

This should be in Suspension, so IBTM

Ok. Gonna be king of a PIA to do it with weight on the car. it's a real bish to get the wrenches in there. Oh and I go to tech school so I have an alignment machine to use.

Jack it up, take the wheels off, loosen the nuts, then take the airbox off and do it with a 14mm wrench through the top of the engine bay. But if you have a rack, it should be a few feet in the air and you shouldnt' have a problem reaching up there.
