i bought a set of s tech on ebay, n the package was open, but the springs were new. how do u check if they are the REAL tein s techs? it only has one rubber spring protector (prevent noises) on one end of each spring, n ONLY the rubber has the word tein on it, but the coil itself has no words, just plain green. ne one noe if these are the teins? itz for 2002 coupe EX

mine had tein printed along the side of the coils in white
they may have changed it since then

nope all tein springs have it printed on the coil itself so it seems you might have got some knock off set

email the ****er back and find out what the hell he was thinking, threaten to report his ***, or find out where he lives and threaten his life until you get either your money or the real deals.

I got this pic from the website where you bough your springs, you can clearly see "tein" stamp on 2 of the springs....But different sprins are different, designs change, even places where stuff gets manufactured changes.
Better, dont beat up seller yet. Contact tein directly and ask if this seller is authorized, if not then you have a problem.

If they are ok, then, produckt possibly legit.
Also ask Teain if they can id springs by the production # (not product #, but vin type of thing)..

I got mine off ebay. The box was sealed, had Tein instructions inside, Tein stickers. On the springs themselves were numbers printed in white and small rectangular Tein stickers. I don't think mine are knockoffs.
