suspension question for fitting rims.
ok, i have goldline springs. 1.8 all around..setted to a 2 inch drop...now i had 16x7 and them things rubbed on the rear fenders...i sold them but to make them work fine i would have had to roll my rear fenders..
i want a set of new wheels...so im looking at 17's. i saw a set a few sets i like alot...but i do not want to get anyhting until i know i wont run into the same problem..
anyone with a 2inch drop and 17inch rims do you have any problems? what is your off-set? and how wide is the rim...6.5 or 7.
here are the 3...
tell me what you think!

I don't understand why this is still so poorly understood, its complex, but so simple.
There's too many factors to fit one wheel to the car, lower it and guarantee it fits every time.
Most of the time if the wheel fits right, you can adjust the alignment to suit, or you can take the time to look at all the tires for a given "size" and select one that errs towards the skinnier side of the spectrum. There is no answer, there will never be an answer. You just need to work through iterations of making adjustments and get the car to work.

well then i guess ill just have to get a set of wheels and just make adjustments...i guess it doesnt matter how low or how big the rims are you can just adjust the suspension to make it work.

well if you put a 22x10 on there you'll just flat out have issues. but anything that a store says is gonna fit the car within reason (anything below 7.5" in width with an offset give or take +40) with a tire that will fit (anything below 205 for sure, 215 most likely)
So can almost always adjust out a slight interference in one way or another
