Curious on how much you paid for them.

Front is ~$252/each
Rear: ~$92/each
Total w/ Shipping: ~$689
Wow...that is one sweet looking (inverted?) damper. Maybe they have internal bump stops, more compression stroke than stock?? Even tho they're non-adjustable, that would make them a really good choice with lower springs. Brain is spinning...must spend money on new shocks...I need Konis for autox...but these might have more travel...man they look trick.
Anybody notice that the spring perch appears to be closer to the steering arm? I wonder if there's some changes to the position of the perch/steering arm/lower ears.

Just answered one of my own questions, the lowest part of the spring seat is about flush with the top surface of the steering arm where the tie rod mounts, looks to be the same as stock.
Still wondering about the travel...must...resist..temptation...to...call...B ilstein...

If they are then that would make them no legal for many classes in SCCA autocross. if that matters to you that is.
Yeah, there's been a lot of hubub over on the scca forum about STS & replacement struts with altered ears, holes in different positions, steering arms relocated to fix bumpsteer. Haven't seen anything official come out of it, but I'm guessing they'll allow something like one lower hole slotted/relocated (wishful thinking but there are lots of c/os like this and they just can't outlaw all of them, can they?) but no steering arm relocation.
What's your hunch zzyzx?

If the rule stands how it its now, then any strut or "coilover" that alters the steering arm mount isnt legal for STS, and given that it would only really effect the current gen + future gen Civics and their dirivitives... I dont see them careing that much about changing it. Really its honda thats screwing us here rather then the SCCA.

WOW! Those are some extremely high quality shocks! Good find and great purchase! Did you get these installed on your car yet?! Which Springs are you going to use with them? Stock or aftermarket?
Post your full review on installation and ride quality, I'm sure we're all very interested to find out what you think. With Bilstein, you can't go wrong!
