Probably not. Honda has been moving the location of the rear spring perch around since the car came out.. So measure them and be sure.

They might be the same size, but I dont think they are the same as far as spring rate...isn't the 4d heavier in the back, and why would aftermarket spring makers make a different set for the sedan?

Not the GoldLine coils. I have a coupe and I sold them to a friend with a sedan and the back works fine, but when he turned he said they popped and was slipping. I also have no idea if he knew what he was doing though so just something to keep in mind.
