You need the bushings that come with the bar. The 13mm ones on the stock bar won't fit. They are exactly the same to install. Pick one and install it.

There is no "Better" its a matter of Tuning and what you need.
Increasing the strength of the rear anti-roll bar will decrease understeer & increase oversteer, as well as make the car Less forgiving to bad driving and make it more unstable in less then perfect conditions. (meaning the largest strongest bar is not allways the best choice... especially for street driving) Tune accordingly.
