v2 intake and stut bars

hey just wondering..i've been lookin at the v2 intake in my car..and i was thinking about getting my front and back strut bars..but like..does the V2 block the front strut bar for the ex 05 sedan?.. i was thinkin it could go over the intake but then the hood would basically hit it..and i'm not sure if there is any other way...am i going to have to just replace my v2?..i'm basically going to have to anyways if i do plan to turbo my car in the future right?..also i was wondering if i turbo my car..is my greddy evo2 full cat enough for it or will i have to replace that too?..
oh and a final question, i just stripped the back part of my trunk..all that tar junk and crap, if i wanted to paint it over so it looks a bit nicer, what type of paint should i use so it would look nice, and also a paint that wont really add too much weight to it again?...my friend just stripped his 240 and is wondering the same thing too..so any suggestions?

Neuspeed or DC Sports front upper strut bar will clear the intake.

Stripping the sound damping material does VERY LITTLE for weight management + you just may have made your car noisier inside.

Ask your non-suspension questions in other forums. The FAQ, if you had read it, tells you what strut bars fit with an aftermarket intake. Neuspeed is better than DC because it is one piece. You take your pick. If you want pics, then search the members rides for pictures of the strut bars. End of story.
