how much for suspension install?

just wondering how much should i be expecting a mechanic shop to charge for installing and taking off a coilover setup like tien basic?

Not much, less than a spring install as its much easier than a spring install. I'd say 50+/-

Its probably about 4 hours labor, and its 16 bolts. its not like you cant do it in your own garage.

you need a basic tool set including sockets, ratchets, wrenches, etc... Make sure you have alot of sizes. ANd make sure you know what your doing.

10, 12, 14,17,19mm sockets (you need 2 17s and 2 19s)
a 5mm allen wrench
a torque wrench
the DIY from this forum
2 or more jack stands and a jack

dude, if you live in the northeast i can do it for you....mad cheap, too

and boiler, its 22 bolts for doing a coilover system, 26 for just springs (counting the four strut bolts that need to come off to get the spring out) and would take maybe 2 hrs if your good (like me )

i paid nearly 400 for Tiens S-techs to be put on!!! omfg!!!!!!!!!!!!! im gonna go kill that guy, and he threaded one of my wheel locks on wrong and its stuck!!!!
