Rep Power: 265 sway bar question . .
if i purchase the rsx-s sway bar rear, for my car and leave the front oem, will it mess up my suspension? is it worth just changing the rear and leaving the front as is or will there be problems in the future? thanks
btw, by changing the rear, is there a noticeable feeling? thanks
i'm about to purchase one, would like to know if it's good

Rep Power: 289 No, you'll be fine. The bigger rear sway will decrease understeer. There won't be problems in the future, and yes, there is a noticeable difference between the 13mm OEM and the 19mm RSX rear sway bars.

Rep Power: 265 oweeeeeeeee . . . thanks thanks. "ferio" from this site is selling his for those interested, unless sold already. i was going to purchase from him but issues came along that made me decline (had to bail out boy from a hold 'em tournament raid). from my understanding he said 50 shipped so i pretty much think that it's a bangin' deal.

Rep Power: 0 go with a type R sway. it usually costs like $10 more, but it's worth it. I think it's 21mm. just don't buy anything over a 24 mm. the front sway is 24.5 mm (1 in) and you don't want your rear larger than your front, unless you don't turn much. you will create oversteer that way. unless thats what your going for.

2. Buying performance parts that look pretty defeats the purpose of buying performance parts because they work.
3. The Progress bar has a dimensional error in it that causes it to break endlinks at an alarming rate. Buy either the Honda ITR bar, or the Comptech 22mm bar (which is a carbon copy of the ITR bar).

Anything bigger could get you into trouble if you do the wrong thing at the wrong time (oversteer to people that havent experienced it can be a dangerous thing)

Rep Power: 269 IMO the neuspeed rear sway is totally not worth the money. Many other of the hardcore suspension/autocross/track guys (boilermaker, zzyzx, rob) would probably agree. About the tie bar....Im pretty sure zzyzx doesn't run one and hasn't broken or torn anything and boilermaker1 is running a $20 diy one so if you really want one buy it but IMO not necessary. I've been running the rsx bar for awhile so has my friend ojay and we have had no problems with no tie bar.

2. i asked if it worked well cause i'd rather have something that performs well AND looks nice to something that just works well and looks dull.
3. this is the only information that was actually useful to me thanks
