rsx sway bar . . .
01 civic ex coupe, manual . . .
tokico blues w/ neuspeed sport . . .
been a member for a while but i think this will be a nooB question . .
did my search and i just need clarification on some things . . .
on my car i want to focus on my suspension set up making it sweet for turns.
i'm hearing a lot about this RSX-s sway bar on how this is the cheapest and best mod for our cars, agree?
- is it really a direct fit?
- this so called sway bar from the rsx, suppose to be for the rear, front, or both?
- is installation easy?
- PICS please so i actually have an idea of what it looks like and where
it belongs?
- and any other info that could possibly help me would be greatly appreciated?
again this is just some clarification that would make me feel better to help me understand this modification. THANKS

I dont have pics to provide, but I will answer the questions.
I dont think the RSX front sway bar will fit, but I'm 100% certain the RSX rear sway bar will fit. Installation is easy if you have done it before, but can be hard for a 1st timer, but it's pretty much, take off brackets, remove OE bar from endlinks, and attach new bushing, brackets, and bar.

i'm hearing a lot about this RSX-s sway bar on how this is the cheapest and best mod for our cars, agree? no, driving lessons is the best mod. Its just not the cheapest. Alignments also rank up there as worthwhile, i guess this is up there, but its not THE best
- is it really a direct fit? yes
- this so called sway bar from the rsx, suppose to be for the rear, front, or both? its not a so called sway bar, it IS called a sway bar, rear only unless you have an RSX front subframe and a K20
- is installation easy? if you know what an allen wrench is, then yes.
- PICS please so i actually have an idea of what it looks like and where
it belongs? look at the one on there, imagine it being 6mm fatter
- and any other info that could possibly help me would be greatly appreciated? there is no other info. Its not rocket science, its a steel noodle, search. There's more than enough sway bar threads..
again this is just some clarification that would make me feel better to help me understand this modification. THANKS

bottom one is civic rear sway bar. get on your knees behind your car and you'll see this bar, it's pretty much the only bar in the back rear.
man the size difference is amazing, it's like a black ***** vs. asian cocck

The RSX bar 19mm/21mm or the Neuspeed 22mm with an integrated tie? Not that bigger is alwas better, but 22mm should be better than the RSX bar. I wouldn't pay neuspeeds price for their 22mm bar because there are similar ones at half the price. It also depends on what you are going for.
