Tein or Eibach?
I've had Eibach Prokits on before and they were a pretty good ride. the springs were only 1" drop and didnt need aftermarket struts.
but if you have the money, you should really get a complete setup including struts/dampers/etc. Eibach makes whole sets like that, engineered to work together.

sportlines are rated at 1.4 inch drop, mine settled at 1.7 and i needed to get new shocks. im not exactly sure what the s-techs drop at. but both tien and ebiach are awsome brands.
Eibachs with Koni's make for a much improved ride and performance. I have the Pro-kit with Koni yellows and it has a very nice ride and stance. It dropped about 1 1/4 " , although it looks lower with my body kit.
