Help in diagnosing problem...

I installed Koni yellow with H&R springs...Install was fine but while driving, a "loud thump" can be heard on my Rear-right suspension when going over a bump and specially during cornering left. It's annoying! Can't figure out whats wrong...One thread mentioned to cut the bump stop into half to give more room for the shock to move, but like what mentioned, the sound only comes in one side...I checked every components and I can't seem to find the problem...Please help...Thanks....

First thing you need to do is cut down your bumpstops if you haven't already done so. The thumping noise is likely coming from your upper mount, check the order you assembled everything in the upper bushing assembly. If that's right then jack up the rear of the car, grab the shock and try to move it around, check for play in the assemblly.

ONly on Left turns? I know exactly what it is, and it has nothing to do with your konis....

Its your anti-roll bar, hitting yoru exaust and pushing it up in to the bottom of the chassis... use to happen to me all the time. To be sure check the exaust pipe near the anti-roll bar, see if there is any indication of contact with the anti-roll bar....

Hey guys, I checked if there's a play in the shock...there is a little bit play. I tried swtiching the shocks (RearLeft to <-->Rear Right) just to rule-out any upper strut mount damage,,,still the noise is present. Also, there is no indication of contact between the anti-roll bar and exhaust pipe...This is driving me insane! Help please....
