Neuspeed Race (Help Plz)

Well i recently just got done installing the neuspeed race spring and im having problems. Lets start with the problems.I installed the springs with the flat part down (if it is a problem). After the install i went for a test drive and it sounded like the springs wanted to come out of the strut after every lil hump on the road, thats right a hump not a bump. And now the tie rod bolt is stuck to the strut, try everything, and couldnt even make it budge so its stuck. So any replies on this would be much appreciated, Thanks in advance.

IF the front springs are flat side down, they're upside down.
If the rear springs are flat side down they're upside down
The springs arent seated, hence the racket.
The "tie rod bolt" as you call it I assume to be the threaded end of the ball joint, and its supposed to be stuck in the strut, its tapered to jam in when you torque the nut down. Thats why you need a special tool to get it out.

The short unsugarcoated version: You ****ed up and you have to take it all apart and do it again. When you do it this time, index the struts (line up the arrow on the hat with the line on the mount and the line on the seat), and install everything right side up.
Better yet, take it somewhere where someone knows the right way and have them do it so its done right.
And while your at it, buy yourself a set of Konis, stock struts don't stand a chance.

front, text should be upside down, rear, text should be right side up. About the tie rod bolt, its seized from over tightening. Its happened to me as well. You can buy a new tie rod bolt from honda and a new end if you need. But you're going to need to break off that bolt.

On the front strut are those upper tab things supposed to be staight or bent? Some of mine were bent so I straitened them and it helped some of the noise mine were making go away. Sorry for the terminology.

My rear lettering is upside down. The spring wouldn't fit right the other way. Before you buy anything just try to be a little more persistant. I put something solid behind the strut arm and use a regular hammer and start wacking it good. Works every time for me. Whatever you do NEVER use one of those pickle forks to remove ball joints. You might as well buy a new ball joint even before you start with one of those.
