alignment ?'s
usually how much does it cost to do an alignment and how long does it take?
i need to get an alignment but don't have the time to do them during the weekdays; only on saturdays.

around $50-60. Not sure how long it takes but most places are open on saturdays so they can take care of you. Firestone's run a deal, lifetime alignments for 120-130, good deal IMO. You should check out alignment shops first especially if you're lowered, to see if they'll work with your car or not.

some places charge more for lowered cars. I personally wouldn't trust the firestone guys, especially if you don't want OEM specs. I pay anywhere between 80-100 for a 4 wheel alignment. Some places are cheaper, but you get what you pay for. C Kim is right that some places won't take lowered cars.

I pay 70-80 for 4 wheels depending on how bad it is is what they charge. They put it to whatever specs I want, and dont complain at all about lowered cars. They do a great job, and I leave my car with them for about 2-8 hours depending on how busy the people are. Plan on leaving your car Id say. But maybe not, maybe youll be lucky.

Call ahead. To be honest, if you want it done right, find a racing shop and better yet, a Honda specialty shop, even better, a Honda shop who knows something about the new strut suspension (they're rare).
Usually a place will charge more to do camber (especially front camber), because every time they change it they have to reset the toe.
Your best bet is to just start calling around, be honest, tell them you have a lowered car and adjustable camber, you're probably going to pay a bit more, maybe $80 or 90 opposed to 60. But if you can find people to send you to a specific place that does good work, you'll be fine.
In West Lafayette, you're pretty ****ed. Sorry to say, but I didn't trust anyone in that town to work on my car, not even Rohrman. If you have time, learn how to do it yourself.... thats what I did.
